Additional Treatments

We would be delighted to book traditional treatments for you. We recommend you contact our Spa Reservations Team to book in advance.  

Age Restrictions

There is a minimum age of 16 to receive a treatment and/or use of the Thermal Suite facilities.

Arrival

We are open from 9:00am and located in ‘The Club’ building. Your arrival time will be confirmed at the time of booking, unless stated otherwise.
If you’re booked in for a treatment, we advise that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete a short health consultation card.

Booking Process

To book a spa package or treatment, please contact our Spa Reservations Team on 01691 684300, and they’ll happily assist with your booking. We recommend that you book in advance to guarantee your preferred date and time. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. If you are using a voucher, the reference number(s) should be provided.

Vouchers

Please ensure that you bring any vouchers with you that you intend to use as payment for your spa day. If you do not bring the vouchers, you may be asked for an alternative method of payment to settle your account which will be refunded once the vouchers have been received.

Cancellation Policy

As stated at the time of booking, there will be no charge for any reservations cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice.
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, 100% of the total booking fee will be charged.

Departure

We advise departure within 30 minutes of the spa closing time, allowing enough time to gather your belongings.

Dining

Food and beverages will be available in Nico’s Brasserie during your visit and these must be paid for at reception when you check out.
Enjoy 20% off your food bill when dining at Waterside Restaurant between 5pm – 7pm, on the day of your Spa.  

Facilities

Relaxation Rooms
For ultimate relaxation we request when using the relaxation rooms, that noise is kept to a minimum and mobile phones switched off.

Thermal Suite & Swimming Pool
Within the Spa facilities, we have a range of seating areas. We don’t allow guests to reserve these for prolonged periods. We ask that all towels, robes & belongings are taken with you.

Health

We want you to enjoy your spa day to the fullest and ask that if you have any ongoing health issues or are pregnant, that you make our team aware at the time of booking. Spa Reservations will offer advice on what is suitable.

Lost Property

We advise that all valuables are kept safe in the locker provided. Lion Quays cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings.
Any lost property found will be kept for 3 months. Any liquids, undergarments, swimwear or hair appliances will be kept for no longer than a week.

Treatments

Your treatment time also include a one to one consultation and aftercare advice.

What to Bring

A robe, towel & slippers will be provided. You simply need to bring appropriate swimwear, any fitness wear you require and personal toiletries. Hairdryers are provided.
