The Waterside bar and restaurant serves great British and European classics with a modern twist, choose from slow cooked pork belly, pan-fried sea bream, fillet steak and desserts to tempt all. While Nico's Brasserie offers a more relaxed dining experience, offering modern international dishes as well as a selection of sharing platters and lighter options.

THE WATERSIDE

Our traditional bar and restaurant interior were built using ancient reclaimed timber beams. The ambiance is relaxed and cosy, and appeals to couples, friends and family groups alike. Here we serve an eclectic mix of dishes, to tempt the peckish and satisfy the most ravenous diner. Our highly trained chefs prepare the food to order, using fresh and local ingredients. Don’t hurry over your meal – take time to walk along the canal, enjoy a drink, or sit outside on the banks of the Llangollen waterway.

NICO'S BRASSERIE

When you’re looking for a more intimate venue, our brasserie is the perfect choice, offering international modern dishes, perfect for relaxed dining. Our menu is prepared in a contemporary open kitchen and you can eat al fresco on the terrace overlooking the tennis courts and nearby golf course. Here we serve mouth-watering barbeque's from May to September.
