TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT RELEVANT TO CONFERENCES & EVENTS1.Cancellation of a confirmed booking must be made in writing. A cancellation charge is payable calculated on the following Period of cancellation Charge

Lion Quays Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking forthwith and without liability on it’s part in the event of damage or destruction of the hotel by fire or any other cause beyond the control of the company which shall prevent it from performing it’s obligations in connection with any booking. 5. Lion Quays Hotel reserves the right to change a function suite without prior notice to the client should a more suitable room become available. 6. The customer shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of it’s guests ensuring that they regard to any regulations imposed by a competent authority and that nothing shall be done which will constitute a breach of the law. The customer shall fully compensate Lion Quays Hotel against claims, loss or damage arising as a result of breach of this clause. 7. Lion Quays Hotel will take all reasonable steps to fulfil its obligations in respect of any event to the best of it’s ability and in 8. Prices are subject to review and the Lion Quays Hotel reserves the right to alter them without notice. This is also applicable to confirmed bookings. Price increases, which are in line with economic circumstances, will not result in clients being entitled to withdraw from contracts. The hotel reserves the right to add any new additional levy imposed by lawful authority, which was not known at the time the contract was made. 9. Please note the Innkeepers Act and other acts displayed in the hotel and car park with regard to exclusion of liability by the hotel. 10. At events where the client books entertainment, it is entirely the client’s responsibility. If the hotel is required to provide the entertainment it will do its utmost to meet the clients needs, but cannot be held responsible for any misinterpretations 11. The hotel will accept no liability for equipment brought onto the premises. 12. All events must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the event taking place.
