Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Location: Lion Quays Waterside Resort

Salary: up to £25K + Bonus [dependent on experience]

Job Profile: Reporting to the Deputy General Manager you will manage the operation of the resorts food and beverage service areas including 3 high volume restaurants, 6 bars and function facilities for up to 400 guests. You will work closely with the Head Chef in developing and implementing seasonal menus. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record over a minimum of 3 years management experience in high volume quality environments and have substantial knowledge of stock systems and procedures to deliver financial targets and margins.

Job Title: Restaurant Managers

Location: Lion Quays Waterside Resort

Salary: £14k - £23k depending on experience

Job Profile: We have opportunities for passionate ambitious managers who may be taking their first steps into departmental management roles or ready to develop their management career within a larger operation. These are ‘hands on’ roles and require strong leadership and excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisors

Locaion: Lion Quays Waterside Resort

Salary: £ Depending on experience

Job Proile: We are looking for enthusiastic, career minded personalities to inspire the team to deliver the very highest standards of hospitality and service across the Resort. We can offer an unrivalled opportunity to work within six different, vibrant and demanding food and beverage area's.  Your role will be to deliver, through the team, the very highest standards of hospitality and service, ensuring our guests are delighted time after time. Supervisors will:

SUPERVISOR GRADE ONE

  • Act as a deputy for Restaurant and Functions Manager
  • Complete shift briefings
  • Attend Morning Meetings
  • Liaise with kitchen reference service
  • Duty Management including: Cash up / close down procedures
  • Ensure team are performing to company service standards
  • Effectively deal with customer complaints
  • Ensure all preparation for Shifts is completed
  • Supervise smaller conferences and events to Company standards
  • Support Company operational policies and procedures
  • Observe team objectives set which contribute to the overall profitability of the department

SUPERVISOR GRADE TWO 

  • Cover all areas of restaurant and function service to required service standards
  • Supervise team to achieve / monitor Company standards, policies and procedures
  • Ensure working area is prepared and ready for service
  • Ensure close down procedures are completed to Company standards
  • Supervise smaller conferences and events to Company standards
  • Complete open and close departmental procedures to Company standards
  • Have clear operational objectives that contribute to the overall profitability of the department

Job Title:  Part Time Waiting on/Bar staff (Combined role)

Location:  Lion Quays Waterside Resort

Salary:  Competitive and dependant on experience

Job Profile:

  • Greet guests and members into the restaurant
  • Take food and drink orders ensuring prompt and accurate service
  • Process all orders accurately onto the POS system
  • Serve food and drinks orders to guests accordingly to standards set by line manager
  • To work effectively to ensure the department achieves its aims and objectives
  • To comply with any other reasonable tasks as requested by your line manager

The Applicant will:

  • Be assertive and have passion for customer service
  • Be fully flexible to work variable shifts as the need of our business demand it (including evenings and weekends)
  • Have previous experience in a food and beverage environment (Preferable but not essential)
  • Well presented and articulate
  • Efficient, well organised, with excellent communication skills
