Position currently available within the Lion Quays Spa:

Job Title:  Spa Therapist (Full time/Part-time/Weekend Therapists)

Location: Lion Quays Waterside Resort

Salary:  £6.00-£7.00 per hour depending on experience

Job Profile:

• To provide professional health and beauty treatments.
• To promote the sale of products available from Lion Quays Spa.
• To ensure personal and team financial targets are achieved .
• To ensure that exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

Must have:

• Must hold NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy, ITEC or equivalent (in Beauty Therapy).
• Must have strong interpersonal abilities and be approachable to members and other employees.
• Previous retail experience is essential.

Job Title:  Spa Receptionist (Full Time)

Location: Lion Quays Waterside Resort

Salary: £6.00-£6.50 per hour depending on experience

Job Profile:

• To manage reservations diary and converse directly with the Spa Manager
• To promote the sale of products available from Lion Quays Spa
• To possess a pro-active attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good sales background.
• To take pride in your work and always give 100%

Job Title:  Spa Assistant (Full Time/Part Time)

Location: Lion Quays Waterside Resort

Salary: £6.00 per hour depending on experience

Job Profile:

• Take orders for products in spa lounge and up sell drinks and food to people in the spa relaxation areas.
• Keep all areas clean and tidy with an aim to clear the table within 2 minutes of a guest’s departure.
• Plump and straighten cushions and tidy the relaxation areas.
• Ensure spa lounge is fully stocked at all times
• Help out with spa cleaning and laundry in all areas of the spa.
• Help out with bookings, reservations and enquiries.
• To possess a pro-active attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.
