Lion Quays Country Club - Freelance Studio Instructors Wanted

We are looking for a variety of Freelance Studio Instructors to take on already established, extremely popular and well loved classes. You will need to be dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic to engage with our members and keep them wanting more.

If you are a Freelance Instructor qualified in Les Mills BTS disciplines such as Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Attack, and Body Balance, we would like to hear from you.

We are also looking for fun loving, energetic Zumba Instructors to deliver fresh & exciting choreography.

Job Title: Lion Quays Country Club Front of House

Location: Lion Quays Country Club

Salary: Hourly Basic + Commission

Job Profile: We are looking for full time Country Club Front of House staff. The main purpose of this role is to provide a high standard of customer service to all our members, spa and hotel guests by ensuring an efficient service on the reception desk.
Experience in membership sales is preferred as it is an integral part of this role. We need people with a ‘can do’ attitude and a drive to exceed set targets. The successful candidate/s will be required to work early, late and weekend shifts. Applicants must be flexible.

Requirements for the position:

Previous experience of Front of House within a Hotel, Spa or Country Club environment
The ability to use computer systems
Be able to provide a top quality service
Well presented and articulate
Efficient, well organised, with excellent communication skills

Job Title: Lion Quays Fitness Instructor

Location: Lion Quays Country Club

Salary: Hourly Basic + Commission

Job Profile: We are looking for inspirational and motivated individuals with an infectious passion for health & fitness. A friendly face to greet the members and one they will seek out when in need of expert advice. The successful candidate will be a real presence on the gym floor and ensure the fitness areas and equipment are maintained and presented in accordance with the Brand Standard.

Requirements for the position:

Relevant fitness qualification
Minimum REPS level 2/3 certified
Exercise to music
First Aid Certificate
Knowledge of and experience of poolside procedures
Experience in leading studio classes

Job Title: Health & Fitness Apprenticeship

Location: Lion Quays Country Club

Salary: Hourly Basic + Commission

Profile: Standards & quality are paramount at Lion Quays Waterside Resort and the successful candidate must be highly motivated and have a passion for detail & excellent service. The Country Club currently has a Fitness Apprenticeship Position available.

As it is an apprenticeship there is a criteria that must be met.

The applicant cannot be in full time education
The applicant cannot have or currently be studying a fitness / sports qualification
The applicant cannot have a degree in any field
They have to work 30 hours per week (Mon-Sun on rotational)
They must have an English postcode (unfortunately we do not qualify for welsh funding at this time)

It would be ideal for school leavers with lots of motivation, confidence and an eager to learn new skills or individuals looking to break into the fitness industry.
